Bug reports

When reporting a bug, please include:

→Which tool you were using (e.g. JSON Formatter, JWT Decoder)
→What you expected to happen
→What actually happened
→Your browser and operating system (e.g. Chrome 125 on macOS)

Please do not include sensitive data in your bug report — paste a minimal reproduction instead.

Feature requests

We're always looking to add useful tools to Json Pod. When suggesting a new tool or improvement, describe:

→The tool or feature you'd like to see
→The problem it would solve for you

Response time

We typically respond within a few days. Response times may be longer during weekends and holidays.

No account support

Json Pod has no accounts, logins, or user profiles — all tools run entirely in your browser. If you have a question about account access or billing, there is nothing for us to help with on that front.
